These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and the travel planning and booking services provided by Yash Tours and Travels ("we", "us", "our"). By contacting us or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
Yash Tours and Travels arranges travel — including domestic and international tours, flight booking, hotel booking, and related services. We act as a facilitator, coordinating between travellers and third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, and homestays.
2. Enquiries, quotes, and bookings
- Quotes and availability are indicative until confirmed in writing and are subject to change by the underlying provider.
- A booking is confirmed only after we acknowledge it and the required payment (or deposit) is received.
- You are responsible for providing accurate traveller details (names, dates, documents). Errors may cause additional charges or denial of service by providers.
3. Payments
Prices, deposits, and payment schedules are communicated at the time of booking. Some services require full or partial advance payment. Third-party charges (taxes, fees, surcharges) may apply and can change before travel.
4. Cancellations, changes, and refunds
- Cancellation and change requests must be sent to us in writing (email or WhatsApp).
- Refunds and charges are governed by the policies of the underlying providers (airlines, hotels, operators) and any applicable service fee.
- Some bookings are non-refundable. We will share applicable terms before confirming where possible.
5. Third-party providers
Travel is delivered by independent third-party providers. We are not the operator of flights, hotels, or transport and are not liable for their acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or service quality. Their own terms and conditions apply to the services they provide.
6. Travel documents and compliance
You are responsible for valid identification, visas, permits, and meeting health or entry requirements for your destination. We can advise, but final responsibility for documents and eligibility rests with the traveller.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Yash Tours and Travels is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for events beyond our reasonable control (including weather, strikes, force majeure, or provider failures). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fee paid to us for the relevant booking.
8. Communication
We may communicate with you over WhatsApp, email, or phone regarding your enquiry or booking. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to Meta's terms. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data, and how to opt out.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
